New Guest home next to 3 1/2 car garage on Ranch.  This country Home is 1200 SF split  plan with 2 bedroon/1.5 bath.  Granite through out, wooden and carpet flooring, ceiling fans, double pane titl windows, tiled walkin shower, ben franklin fireplace, country porch with ceiling fans, built in shelves in closets, etc.

New pool house.  In this structure, we not only designed this, but we had to match the existing concrete around the pool, stuccio and stone on the house.  The highlights of this project was not only matching the older materials, but to provide a night lighting that topped the project off.

Bet you can't guess what this one is..... It is a Monkey house (Really!!!).  It is at the Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation in Kendalia.  We do quite a few special projects out there.  Understanding the animals, how you need to accommodate them, safe materials, etc. are only a few of the items we have to take into account.  This struction will contain the inside cages with a safe area for staff.  There will be runs to get the monkey from the grassy enclosure to this building.   We also build monkey platforms for them to climb and jump on.  How durable do you think those have to be????

1400 SF Guest House on Ranch.  Stucco, stained concrete floors, concrete shower and counters, wood trim through-out.  Matching of stucco on Current farm house that was 10 years old.  Removal of siding on Garage and replaced with stucco.  Metal barn added.  Full Rain water collection system put in, utilizing Garage, Barn, and Guest house.  Full project completed in 4 months - Just in time to hold a wedding!!!

Do you know how strong you have to build something for kids?  Well this had to be stronger.  It's for Monkey's.  It's fun to get to be creative and watch them enjoy their new play area.  These Monkey's are at Wildlife Rescue in Kendalia.  Most are retired from having experiments performed on them, etc.  So here they get nice area with platforms, trees, and more.
